Entry requirements are flexible to allow for credit to be given to work based learning through AEL (Accreditation of Experiential Learning) Applicants must: have a degree (normally honours, normally 2:2) awarded by a UK University or a recognised degree-equivalent qualification show that a significant part of each week is spent in an educational workplace Applicants will be advised in discussion which route to take.

Course content

This programme is designed for educational professionals wishing to engage critically with new developments in teaching. It focuses on the key educational processes that underpin learning, teaching and the positive management of change. Engagement in these processes enables you to develop your understanding of current thinking in policy and practice. You will enhance your abilities to analyse, critique and develop your own and others' practice while building upon your intellectual, organisational and professional skills.
