This professional doctorate is aimed at practising professionals who wish to acquire the highest level of professional and academic achievement. You will need to be employed in biomedical science to take the doctorate, as it is expected that the project will be carried out in your workplace.
The doctorate consists of taught elements and a research project. Core modules help you to plan and execute your research project.
The project will be work based and appropriate to your biomedical science speciality, and will require the production of a 40,000-word thesis.
