Course content

This programme has been designed to enable students to achieve both high-level academic understanding of contemporary developments in Human Resource Management (HRM) and the development of relevant advanced HRM skills.

The programme maps on to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s (CIPD’s) advanced learning outcomes, providing students with the opportunity to complete these and become a member. They can complete a Postgraduate Diploma, leading to the CIPD accreditation, in nine months full-time as a stand-alone qualification or take the MSc which contains the taught element of the Postgraduate Diploma and finishes with a Dissertation which you will complete over the summer months.
