A 2:2 degree or above (50%+) with honours or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. We do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, significant relevant work experience or professional qualifications.

Ways of working are changing, with remote working and freelancing on the rise, HR professionals must adapt to manage and retain top talent from across borders. This one-year internationally orientated programme is designed for students who want to pursue or enhance their global career in HRM.
You can take advantage of a rich combination of innovative and traditional teaching methods to support your learning including taught sessions, guest speaker series and activities such as blended and virtual learning. To provide you with the practical skills you will need to succeed as an HR practitioner, in place of a traditional dissertation, you will work on a virtual consultancy project, providing innovative HRM solutions which address current challenges from real organisations.
As part of a global cohort you will grow your network and knowledge by learning from a variety of cultures through collaborative work. To address the challenges of tomorrow you will be encouraged to explore ethical decision making, the effects of globalisation and enhance your technological and digital literacy to drive successful and socially responsible business decisions.
You will be equipped with the essential theoretical knowledge to understand cross-cultural issues, and the practical skills to navigate a range of diverse and complex international contexts. In addition to your compulsory moudles, you will choose 45 credits from a broad range of optional modules including marketing, entrepreneurship, digital business models, strategic innovation management and resourcing and talent management, giving you the flexibility to tailor your programme to your career aspirations.

Overall score 6.5. No less than 6.0 in any section.
Overall score 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
Pearson Test of English (Academic)
58 with no less than 55 in all communicative skills.
