Entry requirements

Normally a minimum 2:1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, in a subject that includes some coverage of film studies, drama, business studies, media and communication or other creative disciplines.

Applications from industry professionals, or applicants with relevant work experience, seeking an academic qualification or the opportunity to enhance your skills or knowledge in this field will also be considered. Candidates may also be asked to submit a portfolio of original work or called for interview (which may be by Skype, telephone or video link).

You will get to grips with core competencies such as business and value chain modelling, creative development and management, ideas generation, pitching, presenting, project management and networking.

More importantly, you will be mentored to enhance your interpersonal skills and utilise third space thinking to enable you to evolve into a highly proficient communicator, influencer, decision maker and negotiator. You will benefit from high-level industry access, UK and international workplace opportunities, warm introductions to key industry contacts and potential sponsors as well as the chance to critically analyse real world case studies and success (and failure) stories.
