You will focus on the current and future key challenges faced by sports organisations (specificity of sport, competitive balance, exploitation of commercial rights, social dialogue, match-fixing, doping, social responsibility, governance structure, etc.).

As the landscape for performance sport changes, so does the shape of the market and the nature of professional required. The disciplines within this Masters underpin the contexts of application allowing professional practice to remain central, whilst drawing upon a dimension of the sports sector, namely Performance Sport, you will explore governance and leadership challenges faced by sports organisations.
