Entry requirements

You will need at least a 2.2 honours degree or equivalent or a relevant postgraduate or professional qualification and/or work experience. You should be able to demonstrate competency in computer programming. EU and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (no less than 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other band) or equivalent

Course content

Computer systems are key in supporting all types of organisations. MSc Computing (IT Management) will help you gain a critical understanding of their role and management.

The course is enriched by live case studies and experience. You will examine business systems, applications and their management

and how enterprise frameworks and integration of disparate application environments facilitate the effective functioning of e-business and enable development of new models.You will also focus on IT project management, database management, ethical and quality issues, digital innovation, the human-computer interface and research methods, providing you with a broad and well-balanced perspective.
