Course content

The MSc Cyber Forensic Investigation course is a specialist postgraduate degree that will equip you with the tools and techniques necessary to undertake a digital forensic investigation, analyse evidential data, and to produce documentation for use in the criminal and civil legal system.

The aim of the MSc Cyber Forensic Investigation’s programme of study is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to undertake digital forensic investigation in accordance with established professional practices and legal requirements.

To achieve this, the course has been designed to create effective cyber forensic investigators who will have acquired the necessary technical skills and knowledge to work within a managerial role in the industry.
