Entry requirements

A recognised qualification in physiotherapy plus registration with the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Applicants without a 1st degree may be able to provide evidence of continued professional development. Accreditation of prior learning may also be possible.

Course content

This established MSc Advanced Physiotherapy (neuromusculoskeletal) course is designed for physiotherapists who want to specialise and develop advanced skills and knowledge in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy. It enhances your current knowledge and understanding and gives you opportunities to challenge and critically evaluate your professional practice.

This neuromusculoskeletal specialist pathway has a high proportion of relevant compulsory modules and it includes a clinical placement element.

If English is not 1st language, IELTS 7.0 (including 7.0 in writing) or equivalent is required.
