Entry requirements

A recognised qualification in dietetics, plus at least 1 year's post qualification experience as a dietitian and a 1st degree (2:2 or above). Applicants without a degree will need to provide evidence of appropriate continued professional development. Admission is based on application, interview and references. All applicants expected to demonstrate commitment to advanced study. Those with Master's level credits from another institution may be able to incorporate these. Registration with the Health Professions Council.

Course content

Course builds on current knowledge and understanding, providing opportunities to challenge and critically evaluate professional practice. It will include a combination of dietetic modules, research modules and interprofessional modules.

Information for international students

If English is not the 1st language a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent, with no individual components scoring below 6.5 is required.
