Entry requirements

Applicants should have an honours degree or equivalent in radiography/radiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). If you choose to study a module that assesses clinical competence you must have a recognised clinical placement and preferably at least one year’s post-qualification experience.

Course content

The Radiotherapy and Oncology pathway specialises in the field of radiotherapeutic practice. Many of the options develop competencies for advanced practice such as in the palliative care and breast localisation modules.
