Course content

Specific research areas include: Numerical evolution of multicellular genetic regulatory networks with simple pre-defined functionality; Modelling and stochastic simulation of molecular interaction networks; Development of SBML, a standars SMX-based language for the storage and exchange of biochemical network models; Deelopmnt of algorithms for identification of promoter binding sites; Associative memory and information processing in the cerebellum; Associative memory models of the mammalian cortex; Modelling of the dopamine system; Visual catagorisation.
