Entry requirements

An honours degree at 2:2 or above or professional equivalent. For applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, will be considered acceptable, or equivalent.

Course content

This course is aimed at professionals working in roles related to education, for instance marketing, careers, or administration. The focus is on understanding some of the established models that can affect our professional lives. Examples might include but are not limited to; learning styles, Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, Belbin's team roles, Wenger's Communities of Practice.

You'll be taught by an outstanding team of teachers; in fact we've been ranked in the top five in the Guardian Guide for Education for the sixth year running.You'll also have access to our extensive professional and academic network which feeds directly into course design and delivery and to excellent facilities and specialist equipment.
