Entry requirements for this course are normally:
- An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or an equivalent professional qualification and 2 years full-time experience in a professional role in Education or a related area.
For applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, will be considered acceptable, or equivalent.

You’ll focus on developing different approaches to the practice of learning and development and build the skills needed to support and manage learning by considering wider theories, research and strategies whilst also developing your skills as a leader. You’ll have the opportunity to exchange and share learning with others as our course attracts students working in a wide range of disciplines and organisations. This course could help you to progress into middle and senior management roles.

Fees and funding
In 2018/19 the full-time tuition fee for UK and EU postgraduate students on this course will be £6,500.
