Entry requirements

  • An honours degree at 2:2 or above or professional equivalent and 2 years full-time experience in a professional role in Education or a related area; OR
  • an honours degree at 2:2 or above in a directly relevant area.

Applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, will be considered acceptable, or equivalent.

If you're looking to progress your career within the fields of training and development within public and private sector organisations, then this could be the course for you.

You'll focus on developing different approaches to the practice of learning and development and build the skills needed to support and manage learning by considering wider theories, research and strategies whilst also developing your skills as a leader. You'll have the opportunity to exchange and share learning with others as our course attracts students working in a wide range of disciplines and organisations. The course could help you to progress into middle and senior management roles.
