Entry requirements

A good Honours degree in an appropriate subject or equivalent with a 2:2 or above. Alternative qualifications and/or significant experience may be accepted, subject to approval. For applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, will be considered acceptable, or equivalent. Students will be accepted from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Course content

The course offers continuing or recent graduates from either creative or fashion business degree programmes an opportunity to either enhance their skills and employment prospects, or move into the fashion sector in roles such as buying, retail management or branding.

Students will work alongside students from related disciplines as well as undertaking subject specific modules in international fashion management. The course is also offered to professionals from within the creative industries with several years experience. Students will normally have a degree in a fashion or textiles oriented subject and have may been involved in business and managerial roles, or are seeking to work in these areas in the future.
