An Honours degree (2:2 or above) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Management or a related discipline.
Applicants with other appropriate professional qualifications and/or experience will be considered on an individual basis.
Applicants whose first language or language of instruction is not English must meet the minimum requirements of an English language qualification. The minimum of IELTS 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5 or equivalent will be considered acceptable.

This course is designed to produce graduates with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality management, who are able to function as effective managers in international hospitality management businesses.The course is likely to appeal to graduates from hospitality, tourism or other related subjects, who wish to pursue a career in this dynamic and growing industry.
The course provides you with a detailed understanding of the international hospitality industry. With this knowledge, you will be able to make appropriate judgements concerning strategic and operational challenges facing international hospitality businesses, and be able to devise and implement relevant strategies to address these challenges.
The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops. Extensive use is made of contemporary case studies and, where appropriate, fieldwork visits and guest lectures will take place.
Key modules focus on areas such as Management of International Hospitality Organisations, International Tourism, International Marketing and International Human Resource Management. Graduates of this course can apply for Affiliate Membership of the Institute of Hospitality.
