The Postgraduate Diploma is relevant to practitioners from the public, private or not-for-profit sectors.
The course will help improve your professional recognition and offer opportunities for career development. It explores the latest issues in HR and is part of a journey of Continuous Professional Development (CIPD) that will enhance your professional practice and value to your employer through work-based learning and research.
Successful completion of this course provides the knowledge and skills required to enable you to apply for Chartered Membership of CIPD (Chartered MCIPD) once you have sufficient organisational experience.
