An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or an equivalent professional qualification in a subject related to the study of people; e.g. Human Resource Management/Development (HRM/D), Business Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
Months of entry
The overall aim of the course is to educate you as a Human Resource Manager in an international context and improve the quality of your professional development. You are encouraged to develop critical reflection and a range of skills and techniques specific to international human resource management. The course will focus on the development of relevant personal and interpersonal skills in preparation for a future professional career in people management in a global workplace.
This course offers you a relevant blend of HRM related modules, including a general introduction to the major aspects of HRM and related international issues, such as managing diversity and inclusivity, in addition to HRM strategy and inter-cultural management. You will also have the opportunity to work with tutors who are extremely experienced in delivering Master's level courses both in the UK and overseas.
