Entry requirements

Entry requirements for this course are normally: An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or certificate in Personnel, HR or Training Practice. Ideally more than two years' relevant HR experience. Applicants with a significant amount of HR experience but no formal qualifications may also be considered.

This is a course designed to enable you to develop the skills and potential of a Human Resource (HR) professional. You will have the opportunity to achieve two valuable and essential qualifications: the Postgraduate Diploma and Chartered Membership of CIPD. You will graduate with an enhanced personal professional profile and greater awareness of how HR practices can add value to corporate strategy and enhance better work and working lives. The Postgraduate Diploma in HRM will help you to identify gaps in your knowledge and through a process of independent thinking, self-appraisal and the support of a network of peers and teaching staff on the course, enhance what you do and how you contribute to your organisation’s strategy.
