Applicants will normally hold an honours degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline, although less well qualified applicants with relevant industrial experience will be considered. A knowledge of mathematics at engineering degree level is a minimum requirement.

Course contentThis programme provides engineering and science graduates with a well-rounded theoretical and practical knowledge of modern radio and mobile communication systems, and of the fundamental principles and design constraints embodied in those systems. Subjects covered include: Antenna Systems for Fixed and Mobile Communications; The Design of RF Systems; Digital Signal Processing for Radio Communications; Active RF and Microwave Circuits; Mobile Radio Systems and Propagation; Radio Frequency and Microwave Measurements; and Spectrum Management and Utilization.
Information for international students
Competence in English language is required, as evidenced by IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent, or previous study in English.
