Applicants will normally hold an honours degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline, although less well qualified applicants with relevant industrial experience will be considered. A knowledge of mathematics at engineering degree level is a minimum requirement.

Course content12 modular courses including: Antenna Systems for Fixed and Mobile Communications, Digital Signal Processing for Radio Communications, Active RF and Microwave Circuits, Mobile Radio Systems and Propagation, Radio Frequency and Microwave Measurements, Spectrum Management and Utilisation, Design Exercise (RF Engineering), Research Skills, Project Planning.
6 month project relevant to industrial interests and activities.

Competence in English language is required, as evidenced by IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent, or previous study in English.
