The degree award is based on the premise that the foremost task of all leaders in educational settings is to create and develop the most effective and efficient learning environment for the student body that they serve.
The degree is suitable for:
- Head teachers, principals and other senior staff in educational organisations
- Education officers, inspectors and advisers at local or national level
MA in Education and Leadership can be studied one year full-time, or up to five years part-time.
