Entry requirements
You will have a minimum of a 2:2 Honours degree or equivalent in nursing, midwifery or another relevant discipline, plus appropriate experience in a professional environment.

Course content
Developed with our NHS and other healthcare partners, this MSc programme is designed to meet your professional development needs as a healthcare practitioner and has been revised and updated to reflect the very latest issues and requirements in health care.
The extremely flexible nature of the programme at Hull enables you to fit in Masters level study with other work and life commitments. You can specialise within the sphere of your professional role, another selected area of specific practice, or both.
The MSc in Health Studies can be studied over 18 months full-time, or three years part-time, with start dates available in January, June and September.
Information for international students
If you require a Tier 4 student visa to study or if your first language is not English you will be required to provide acceptable evidence of your English language proficiency level.
This course requires academic IELTS 6.0 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each skill.
Fees and funding
UK and EU students can take out a Master’s Loan to help with tuition fees and living costs. They provide up to £11,222 for full-time and part-time taught and research Masters courses in all subject areas.
