Entry requirements

A 2.1 honours degree or equivalent in a subject other than a marketing specialisation. In exceptional circumstances, applicants without a first degree will be considered on the basis of their relevant work experience and potential for benefiting from the programme.

Course content

This programme has been designed to equip you for a successful marketing career, offering a particular focus on advertising and marketing communications. The programme explores and assesses contemporary developments within marketing/marketing communications theory and practice, offering a balanced academic and 'hands on' pragmatic programme of study.

There is a wide and varied range of career opportunities in both communications agencies and company marketing divisions upon graduating from our programme.

Leeds University Business School now holds the ‘triple accreditation’ from the three leading international accreditation bodies: AACSB; the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and EQUIS, the European Quality Improvement System.

Information for international students

Students from outside the EU are guaranteed a place in University accommodation if they are accepted on the course, and apply for accommodation before the deadline. If English is not your first language, you will need a recognised English Language qualification eg IELTS or TOEFL.
