Entry requirements

A good first degree (2.1 or higher) in a business or social science subject, or international equivalent. Applicants who can demonstrate significant relevant coverage as part of a degree in an alternative subject will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If English is not your first language you need to attain a recognised English language qualification e.g. IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 with a score of 6 or more in each section.

Our MA Organizational Behaviour provides a comprehensive grounding in the behaviour of individuals and groups, as well as the organisational systems they operate in.

You will consider these in the context of different organisational and national cultures and strategies. Your learning will focus on real-world scenarios, allowing you to develop not only your academic knowledge and expertise but also the practical skills that will enable you to apply your knowledge in a professional context.

This Masters course will equip you with an understanding of the way organisations operate as well as the skills to identify, analyse and solve complex business problems focused on organisational development and change. You will also examine therecruitment, training and management of individuals and teams in relation to key measures of organisational effectiveness.
