Course content

The programme, delivered in partnership with the University of Sheffield, is specifically designed for biological science graduates with the aim of providing an understanding of the connections between physical and biological systems at nanoscale dimensions and the potential applications which arise. The course includes a complete module on nanotoxicology which covers safety considerations and risk evaluation associated with nanoparticles and nanomaterials.

Information for international students

English language: 6.0 overall on IELTS; 220 on computer-based TOEFL; 83 on TOEFL iBT (internet-based), with minimum scores of 18 in listening, 20 in reading, 20 in speaking and 21 in writing.

Fees and funding

UK/EU applicants may be eligible for a fees only studentship at UK/EU rates.
