Initial registration as advanced postgraduate proceeding to full registration after one year's full-time study (or its equivalent) subject to satisfactory progress.

Medieval, early modern, and modern political, social, economic, intellectual, urban and cultural history in the British, European and non-European contexts.
Fees and funding
Students are eligble to apply for studentships from the AHRB and ESRC. Qualified students may also be eligible for university scholarships.
