Course content

The School offers two part-time MBA programmes: one specifically designed for practising general managers in industry, commerce and the public sector, and another targeted towards managers working in the food production sector. This web page concerns the traditional general management programme.

This part-time MBA aims to provide managers with learning in line with their current and future development needs. It is designed to enable you to develop your knowledge and skills within a supportive, challenging and developmental environment that promotes greater self-awareness, creativity and flexibility. Participants are encouraged to engage with a range of theoretical perspectives that engender exploratory and diagnostic approaches to solving problems and addressing issues rather than a prescriptive one. Considerable demands are therefore placed upon participants to read widely, reflect on experience and to engage thoughtfully in their own learning.

  • Subject to validation as at 23.3.16.
