Course content

This programme is suitable for students wishing to advance their existing studies in media, as well as those with industry experience who want to update their production skills in a creative and well-equipped production environment.

The MA MEdia, Film and Television Production provides an advanced practical and theoretical understanding of media production processes and contexts. It offers a choice in the creative production of programmes in fiction, documentary or experimental forms across a wide range of media platforms.

You will develop skills within production and critical contexts alongside an understanding of media industries, media technologies and convergence, media ethics, law and regulatory frameworks shaping media applications, and critical approaches to the media relating to national and other identities.
