Course content

This MSc provides the opportunity to specialise in physical education and to develop understanding, knowledge and skills around the academic interrelationship and development of sport and physical education.

Studying for a higher degree by research provides a special sequence of challenges and rewards. It involves devising and conducting an original piece of research under the supervision of staff with expertise in sport and physical education.

The advantage of a research degree is that you can become specialised in a particular area. You have the opportunity to develop your own ideas and there is a real sense of ownership and achievement in the final product.
