The University of Liverpool’s online Master of Public Administration (MPA) is an exciting, innovative course for public sector professionals looking to develop their knowledge and skills as managers and leaders, and contribute to the success of their organisations and communities around the globe.

Equally applicable for public, non-profit or NGO settings, the programme explores the theory and practice around the organisation of public life, the design and implementation of public policy and the way services are delivered. The online Masters in Public Administration offers you a challenging approach as you compare public administration models internationally.

Emphasising the key role of frontline public servants like police and social workers, the MPA encourages you to question assumptions and consider different options to create tailor-made solutions for your setting.
