You will normally need to have a Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) at 2:1 level or better in an appropriate field of study. A wide range of subjects is acceptable, such as Town Planning or a related discipline such as Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Estates Management.
