Course content

The Digital Health and Data Analytics pathway will provide a unique educational experience to prepare you with knowledge to solve real world problems in digital health and advanced data analytics.

Commercial focus

Our students will be given a unique educational experience to prepare them with knowledge to solve real world problems in digital health and advanced data analytics. They will benefit from our established network as we work closely with NHS, local governments, integrated care system(ICS) and commercial organisations both in UK and internationally to provide student placements opportunities, practical projects, and up-to-date work experience.

This pathway will provide advanced analytics and AI knowledge and, most importantly, enable understandings of the role of data and analytics in decision making, organisation management and policy shaping. The students will be prepared not only for technologist and analyst roles but also for senior roles in healthcare organisations and enterprises in UK and globally.

After you’ve graduated

Graduates will be equipped with state-of-the-art knowledge on digital health and data analytics, and also have practical experience of working with established network of NHS, local government, policy makers and commercial organisations (e.g. health digital solution suppliers) in UK and internationally who are keen to support master projects. These experiences will equip our graduates to work in a variety of roles in those organisations dealing with healthcare data.

Not sure which of the four MSc Information Management pathways to choose from? Apply for the one that you feel fits you better. You will be able to change the pathway within the first few weeks of your arrival at the university.
