You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.

Course content

​International Commercial Law knowledge combined with a comprehensive overview of core issues in intellectual property law and management.

This unique course, the first and only LLM in the UK offering Law and Management of IP within a Business School, takes an interdisciplinary approach which combines law and business to offer a wide choice of modules across the School of Law, Arts, Communications and Designs and the renowned Henley Business School.

In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in Intellectual Property Law and Management will also provide links with employers and will give you opportunities to gain real-world experience.
