You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.

LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management combines International Commercial Law knowledge with a comprehensive overview of core issues in intellectual property law and management.LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management, the first and only LLM in the UK offering Law and Management of IP within a Business School, takes an interdisciplinary approach which combines law and business to offer a wide choice of modules across the School of Law, Arts, Communications and Designs and the renowned Henley Business School.
