Entry requirements: Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK.
Our students come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.

Course content
LLM International Commercial Law with International Banking law and Financial Regulation will develop your commercial law knowledge and give you expertise in issues related to banking law and financial markets regulation.
In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in International Banking Law and Financial Regulation will also provide you with an excellent base of Commercial Law knowledge combined with detailed and unique awareness and expertise in issues related to Banking Law and Financial Markets Regulation.
You will gain advanced knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework governing financial markets and financial intermediaries, and choose from modules offered from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre, a purpose-built centre of academic and professional training in finance.
