You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.

LLM International Commercial Law with International Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) provides commercial law knowledge combined with a detailed and unique awareness and expertise in dispute resolution.In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in International Dispute Resolution will also provide accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
