Entry requirements

Normally a 2:1 or higher Bachelor degree in Sport Science or a related science-based degree. Candidates offering appropriate experiential knowledge and skills may also be considered. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Completion of this programme can lead to eligibility for enrolment on the British Psychological Society (BPS) Stage 2 training programme. This will require the further completion of a psychology conversion course in order to gain the required core psychological knowledge. If you have completed a BPS accredited BSc programme and are eligible for Graduate Basis for Chartered Status (GBC), you may be eligible for the MSc Psychology of Sport and Exercise (Accredited) programme. Course content

Learn how to optimise athlete performance and improve well-being and activity levels by studying the psychology behind sport at Roehampton. You will explore key factors that affect sports performance, well-being, and activity levels such as mental toughness, self-confidence, motivation, stress and anxiety, concentration, and the psychology of sport injury.

Information for international students
