Entry requirements

Normally a minimum 2:2 honours degree or equivalent or successful completion of the Graduate Certificate International Management.

A wide range of professional qualifications are also accepted either in partial or complete fulfilment of entry requirements.

Where a student has gained a recognised Honours degree but does not meet the normal entry qualification requirement, they may still be considered for entry if they can demonstrate relevant work experience of a minimum two years duration post study and acceptable level of responsibility.

With an increasing emphasis on globalisation, companies need experts who understand the global and comparative background to Human Resource Management and Development in the international business environment. This advanced level programme will give you the requisite knowledge and skills to work in a broad range of HR roles in an international context.

This course is designed for graduates with an interest in Human Resource Management and Development careers. By the time you finish the programme, you will have developed as a manager of people by acquiring specialist knowledge that you will be able to apply in practice. You will gain a global perspective on Human Resource Management & Development themes and specifically focus on comparative employment relations and employment law in a variety of national settings.

Information for international students

International applicants will be required to show a proficiency in English. An IELTS score of 6.5 (no element below 5.5) is proof of this.
