You will have a 2.2 Honours degree from a UK, EU or international School or University. You do not need to have studied business previously but a background in Security/Crisis Management will be beneficial.

In a world of heightened risk, organisations face increasing threats from data theft, sophisticated cyber-attacks, global terrorism and the possibility of business disruption. There is a high demand for qualified and experienced security professionals to enhance operational resilience and protect individuals, assets, information, data and organisational reputation.
This specialist online programme, co-created by industry experts and Salford Business School academics, is delivered in two 30 credit modules which together lead to a postgraduate certificate.
Looking at risk to business from a broad range of security threats, this course covers cyber security, information security and crisis management in a number of sectors including Oil and Gas, Entertainment, Aviation and Media. The programme is highly practical using industry specific case studies, contemporary and dynamic content and personal experience to help you develop your knowledge, strategic understanding and practical skills.
