Course content

Our MSc Psychology and Education (Conversion) is a unique, intensive, one-year full-time course. It is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).

This course is designed for students who don't have a formal psychology qualification.

All aspects of the Psychology BPS curriculum are covered, including biological, cognitive, developmental and social psychology, individual differences, theory and history of psychology and research methods.

Once you've completed the course you can apply for the Graduate Basis for Chartered membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and be awarded the title C. Psychol.

This course will prepare you for a career as an educational and child psychologist. Upon successful completion of the course, you'll fulfil the academic entry requirements of BPS professional training programmes in educational and child psychology.
