Course content

This online course has been developed in response to a clear demand from the health technology industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostic technologies.

It will develop your skills in cost-effectiveness modelling – technical skills which are in high demand within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Industry needs effective health technology assessment, pricing and reimbursement techniques to bring technologies to market and be successful.

Those who govern health technologies and reimburse providers need to be able to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of health technologies to ensure public money is spent effectively.

English language requirements

Overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent. The test must not be more than two years old by the time you start your course.
