Course content

The Postgraduate Certificate Leadership and Management is aimed at those who want to develop their practical and theoretical of leadership and management in a variety of educational contexts.

It is suitable for those who aspire to leadership positions, as well as those who already working in the leadership and management of schools.

The course is carefully interwoven with practice of leadership and management in education, and its content is directly applicable to a wide variety of educational contexts.

It is an excellent opportunity for practitioners at all levels to reflect upon the leadership challenges that they currently experience, and to critically examine their perceptions of what characterises effective leadership and management.

Information for international students

The course welcomes international applicants and requires an English level of IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
