Entry requirements

This MSc clinical psychology programme is designed for graduates with a first degree in Psychology from an approved university of 2:1 standard or above. Other honours degrees are also considered in conjunction with an approved BPS conversion course. Experience of working in a mental health setting is highly desirable.

Learn more about the key therapy skills of a clinical psychologist and their application in a multi-cultural setting, along with leadership and management skills for work in all sectors.

This masters degree sets the profession of clinical psychology into a European and international context. Home students will have an appreciation of international professional issues and international students will gain an understanding of how to apply the principles of clinical psychology to developing service provision in their home countries, as well as gaining an understanding of service provision within the UK.
