This field of microelectronics systems design embodies many of the key skills relating to digital and analogue integrated circuit design and electronic systems engineering. Our cutting-edge programme examines aspects of system integration and discrete device properties, and is an excellent platform for further research in the Sustainable Electronic Technologies and the Smart Electronic Materials and Systems research groups.
