A UK bachelor's degree with upper second-class honours or higher and masters degree with at least 60 per cent or Merit, or an equivalent standard in other qualifications approved by the University in a relevant subject (Individual merits may be taken into account, depending on experience and other factors); a high quality research proposal; at least two recent academic references; satisfactory language requirements for non-UK students.
English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.5 in each of the four components: reading, writing, listening and speaking. For information on other accepted English language tests, please see the website.
