Course content

This postgraduate certificate introduces students to the theory and practice of CBT. It provides a clear understanding of cognitive-behavioural concepts, models and methods, to enable students to develop skills in collaborative assessment, formulation and treatment based on empirically validated models.

Typical modules include: CBT Theory and Skills II; CBT Supervision 1: Introduction to Evidence Based Treatments for People with common mental health problems; CBT Supervision 0: Basic Introduction to Evidence-Based Treatments for People with common mental health problems; Introduction to CBT Theory & Skills.
