An upper-second class degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in subjects such as Education, Social Sciences, Sociology, Psychology or any subject if combined with 2+ years of experience as a teacher/or an administrator or local government support for education, education policy maker or with a UK QTS or PGCE qualification.
