Entry requirements

A good undergraduate degree equivalent to a 2.1 (upper second class Honours) or better in a subject other than Business or Management. Students with a background in business or management are advised to consider the MLitt International Business or the MLitt Marketing.

This specialised Masters programme in Human Resource Management is designed to develop your understanding of the concepts, models and theories relevant to the management of people within organisations. Our aim is to enable you to make an effective contribution as a human resource specialist, taking account of the complexities within the discipline of human resource management. The programme looks at the current research agenda, best practice and innovative thinking in Human Resource Management within the wider context of managing contemporary organisations.

Information for international students
