Students need the following to apply:
- Undergraduate (or Masters) degree in a relevant subject – for example law, engineering, surveying, construction, economics
- At least two years’ work experience in a relevant field – for example architecture, law, civil engineering, real estate engineering and management
Candidates who don’t have the above experience can apply but their application will be subject to review by the programme director.
Candidates also need to send over a copy of their CV including details of any additional qualifications / continuing professional development, and all previous employers (with dates and roles of employment).
